- How are you affiliated with LEGO?
We are an independently owned and operated e-commerce retailer, and are not affiliated with LEGO Systems, Inc. or the LEGO Group. However, we do participate in LEGO’s Independent Toy Dealer program and are an authorized dealer for LEGO Systems, Inc. This means that we buy all of our product directly from LEGO and can guarantee that every product we sell is genuine and authentic.
- Can I come to your store to shop?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a physical store that is open to customers. We hope to change this in the near future so stay tuned.
- I live in Europe, can you make an exception and ship an order to me?
We would love to, but, unfortunately, the manufacturers that we buy from require us to limit our sales to customer in the United States. If this should change in the future, we will update our shipping policy accordingly.
- If I buy from you, how can I be sure that I will get a genuine LEGO product?
We are an authorized retailer for LEGO Systems Inc. and buy all of the LEGO sets that we sell directly from LEGO. As a result, you can buy from us with confidence that you will be receiving genuine and authentic LEGO products every time.
- Our child is new to LEGO and we’re not sure where to start, can you recommend particular sets?
We are always happy to make set recommendations to our customers so feel free to contact us directly. If you are buying for a toddler that is 2-4 years old, you should look at the DUPLO sets. These come with larger bricks that are easier for small hands to work with. The builds are also designed for younger children. If your child is 5-6 years old, you should look out for sets that have “4+” on front of the box. These sets are a set up from DUPLO. They feature the regular LEGO brick elements, but are designed to be built by younger builders just starting out. For older kids, we provide a handy search feature that allows you to filter the sets we sell by the age of the builder.
- How quickly can I expect to receive an order once it is placed?
We work 7 days a week to get orders out as quickly as possible. Generally, an order will ship within 24-48 hours of being placed and should arrive to you within 2-3 days thereafter depending on where you are located. At times, it may take us longer to dispatch your order depending on the volume of orders that we are receiving.
- I’m looking for a particular LEGO set that is not on your website, can you acquire it for me or help me find it?
